Trump Inks Revocation Of Stream Protection Rule

Trump on Thursday signed a bill revoking a U.S. Department of the Interior rule aimed at minimizing coal mining's harm to surface water and groundwater, the second energy-related rule crafted by the Obama administration that's been killed through use of the Congressional Review Act.
