Trump’s DOL To Embrace ‘Humility,’ Acting Solicitor Says

Law360, Washington (March 17, 2017, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The new acting solicitor of labor revealed a more compliance-focused agenda for the agency under President Donald Trump on Friday, stressing the need for “a little bit more humility” at the Labor Department following its heavy enforcement and regulatory activity during the Obama administration.
