Chadbourne Votes Out Partner Behind Gender Bias Suit

Law360, New York (April 20, 2017, 2:03 PM EDT) -- Chadbourne & Parke LLP voted Thursday to expel a female partner who lodged a $100 million proposed gender bias class action against the firm last year, according to a spokesperson for Sanford Heisler Sharp LLP, the firm representing the ousted attorney.
