Deals Rumor Mill: Uber, Lyft, Tribune

According to the report, that figure trumps the combined value of auto giants General Motors, Ford and Fiat Chrysler and is almost double what the ride-hailing giant was valued at in a funding round in August. Citing anonymous sources, the outlet reported that the proposals were delivered by Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. The report details that Uber must go public by the end of next year under an agreement with SoftBank....
