NOTICE AND ORDER by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato: The Court is in receipt of the Joint Stipulations to Dismiss ("Joint Stipulations") filed by plaintiff Toyin Dawodu ("Plaintiff") and defendants Applied Bank and Credit One Bank. Dkts. 76 , 77 . However, the Joint Stipulations are not signed by all parties who have appeared. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). The Court, therefore, construes the Joint Stipulations as Motions for Voluntary Dismissal and will provide the other parties an opportunity to object. Plaintiff's claims against defendants Applied Bank and Credit One Bank will be dismissed if no objection is received within seven (7) days of this Order. IT IS SO ORDERED.
