District Judge Angel Kelley: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. The Court has received communications from counsel representing the individual Defendants in this case in a related state probate proceeding. Counsel advised that Defendant James J. MacDonald has been appointed as the representative of the estate at issue in this interpleader. Defendants, who are proceeding pro se in this action, are advised that if they seek disbursement of the funds held in this Court’s Registry, they must file a motion for disbursement of funds in this case. The motion shall include, as attachments, any relevant records from the state probate proceeding, including, for example, the order appointing the estate’s representative. The motion shall request disbursement of the funds and identify the person or entity to whom Defendants request the funds be disbursed. Defendants are further advised of the Boston College Law School Federal Pro Se Legal Assistance Clinic, which provides free assistance to pro se litigants in federal court in the District of Massachusetts (email: BClawclinic@bc.edu, phone: (617) 552-5297).
