Scheduling Order
ORDER: The parties have informed the Court that they have scheduled a mediation for July 30, 2026, and have requested that the Court adjourn their deadlines for Daubert motions and summary judgment motions until after the mediation. For the reasons discussed on the record during today's status conference: 1. Any Daubert motion challenging the parties' anticipated expert testimony concerning liability must be filed no later than September 14, 2026. Any opposition must be filed no later than October 5, 2026. Any reply must be filed no later than October 15, 2026. 2. The deadline for filing summary judgment motions is ADJOURNED sine die. The Court will set a new deadline after the Daubert motions are decided. 3. No later than August 5, 2026, the parties must file a joint letter informing the Court of the outcome of their July 30, 2026 mediation, including (if they have not yet reached a settlement) whether and when they have scheduled additional mediation sessions.
