TEXT ORDER: After considering Defendants' 351 Objection to the Magistrate Judge's Order Regarding Reconsideration of Use Restriction, ECF No. 351, Plaintiff's Response thereto, ECF No. 353, and Defendants' Reply, ECF No. 354, the Court DENIES Defendants' Objection and determines that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72(a) and District of Rhode Island Local Rule Cv 72(c)(1), Defendants have failed to demonstrate that the Magistrate Judge's order is either clearly erroneous or is contrary to law.
