ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED MOTION FOR DISMISSAL OF JB DEFENDANTS 215 . This matter having come before the Court on Plaintiffs' and Jacob Burt and JB & Associates LLC's (collectively "JB Defendants") Stipulated Motion for Dismissal of the JB Defendants, the Court having reviewed the Motion, and for good cause appearing, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiffs' claims raised in the above captioned matter against the JB Defendants are dismissed with prejudice. The dismissal of the JB Defendants does not affect the remaining parties and claims, and such remaining parties and claims continue forward under this Court's jurisdiction. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs and the JB Defendants are responsible for their own respective attorneys' fees and costs. By District Judge Gordon P Gallagher on 6/30/2026.
