It is therefore ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Continuance (ECF 168) is DENIED. The July 1, 2024 trial date, June 28, 2024 pretrial conference, and June 26, 2024 Joint Pretrial Order deadline set forth in the Third Amended Docket Control Order (ECF 143) remain in place. It is further ORDERED that Barakat + Bossa PLLC's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff Marketing Global Brands, Corp. (ECF 172) is DENIED. It is further ORDERED that the parties must engage in mediation by video with United States Magistrate Judge Dena Palermo on June 18, 2024. The Court will enter a separate Order scheduling the mediation. The Court's case manager will forward the Zoom video link prior to the mediation. It is further ORDERED that the pending Motions for Summary Judgment (ECF 104; ECF 150) and Motion to Strike (ECF 126) are DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to refiling. The parties may refile motions for summary judgment on or before June 21, 2024. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff must produce to Defendants the terms of the settlement agreement reached in the Florida lawsuit. The production must be made on or before June 7, 2024 in order to give interested parties notice of the production.
