Electronic Clerk's Notes for proceedings held before Judge William G. Young: Hearing held on 5/8/2024. The matter of disgorgement is taken under advisement after hearing arguments of counsel. Judgment to enter as to defendants Sexton, Friesen, Gasarch, Kelln and Veldhuis. The Court announces civil penalties (see transcript). The SEC shall prepare a form of judgment.
