    EPA Reaches $11M Cleanup Settlement With Puerto Rican Co.

    The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has reached a settlement with Puerto Rico Industrial Development Co. to reimburse the agency for $11 million in costs it incurred while cleaning up contaminated groundwater in the island's southeast coastal region, the EPA said Wednesday.
