    Ill. City Latest To Sue Mallinckrodt In Antitrust Row

    The city of Rockford, Illinois, sued Mallinckrodt ARD Inc. on behalf of a class of insurance payors Thursday, accusing the U.K.-based pharmaceutical company of monopolizing a therapeutic hormone drug in a scheme that caught the attention of the Federal Trade Commission and notorious pharma entrepreneur Martin Shkreli.
