    Linqto Switches Liquidating Trustees, Getty Gets $85M DIP

    Visual media and stock image company Getty Images received approval for its debtor-in-possession financing in its first-day hearing. State attorneys general asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear a challenge to "Texas two-step" bankruptcies. Linqto was allowed to tweak its confirmed Chapter 11 plan to bring in a new liquidating trustee after filing an adversary proceeding against the original trustee.
