Sandoz, Others Settle Medicaid Inflation MDL Suits
Sandoz Inc. and other pharmaceutical companies on Friday settled part of a Massachusetts multidistrict litigation alleging the defendants caused the federal government to overpay for Medicaid reimbursements by reporting inflated drug values.
