A Delaware federal judge on Monday moved three declaratory judgment and antitrust suits filed by Human Genome Sciences Inc. against Genentech Inc. to California, ruling a California judge's expertise with a patent-in-suit outweighs HGS' desire to keep the cases in Delaware.

Human Genome Sciences on Tuesday continued its assault on Genentech Inc. and cancer center City of Hope, filing its second declaratory judgment suit this year over patents covering the lupus drug Benlysta.
