A health care asset holding company's bankruptcy trustee urged a Florida federal judge Wednesday to toss Troutman Sanders LLP's appeal of a bankruptcy court order extending the statute of limitations period to bring claims against it, saying the firm lacks standing to appeal an order that didn't aggrieve it.
