The Sixth Circuit will not revisit a panel's ruling that the members of a hospital network in Ohio might be separate entities capable of conspiring with one another in violation of antitrust law, the court said Wednesday.

A Sixth Circuit panel on Tuesday told an Ohio federal judge to go back to the drawing board in a Dayton medical center's antitrust suit against a conglomeration of hospitals, finding there are real questions about whether the group is conspiring to control care in the region.
