    McCormick Pepper-Skimping Claims Grouped In DC

    The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation sent cases over McCormick's alleged under-filling of black pepper containers to a Washington, D.C., federal court Tuesday, saying consumers' putative class allegations of deception and a rival company's unfair competition claims share the same factual basis.
