Boston Scientific Corp. has settled a suit by a Georgia woman who said she was diagnosed with debilitating pain as a result of being implanted with the medical device maker's pelvic mesh, known as Obtryx.

A Georgia woman's pelvic mesh case against Boston Scientific Corp. has been scheduled for trial at the end of summer by a Georgia federal judge, who dismissed the woman's fraud claim against the medical device manufacturer but otherwise denied its attempt to end the suit.
