The Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to consider letting McKinsey & Co. off the hook over accusations from the now-retired founder of AlixPartners LLP that McKinsey intentionally skirted bankruptcy rules by not revealing disqualifying conflicts of interest in major restructuring cases.
