Florida nursing home mogul Philip Esformes urged the U.S. Supreme Court to take up his appeal of his 20-year sentence for health care fraud, arguing he should not have to show that prosecutors' violations of his attorney-client privilege actually prejudiced him at trial in order to get the indictment dismissed or the prosecutors disqualified.
