    The Sixth Circuit has agreed to hear arguments from a proposed class of Hispanic and African-American homebuyers who were denied class certification in a suit claiming Countrywide Bank NA discriminated against them by charging them more for mortgages, the plaintiffs revealed Wednesday.

    A Kentucky federal judge on Wednesday cited the U.S. Supreme Court's Dukes decision in refusing to certify a proposed class of Hispanic and African-American homebuyers who claim Countrywide Bank NA discriminated against them by charging them more for mortgages.
