    A Ninth Circuit panel on Monday affirmed a California federal court order directing the founder of Yellowstone Mountain Club LLC to pay back two loans and interest totaling $220 million to the resort's bankruptcy trust, agreeing his transfer of liability to his ex-wife in their divorce was fraudulent.

    Bankrupt Yellowstone Mountain Club LLC told the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday that a bankruptcy judge improperly cut the damages the resort could collect from its founder from $286 million to only $40.9 million.
