ACE American Insurance Co. on Monday settled a lawsuit in New Jersey federal court against Triple Five Group Ltd. over an alleged fraudulent transfer of a ground lease as part of the multibillion-dollar American Dream entertainment complex, which it says blocked its collection of $5.2 million in unpaid premiums.
