A California homeowners association and a Liberty Mutual subsidiary have dropped their dispute over coverage of a settlement reached in an underlying nuisance lawsuit brought by a neighboring HOA, they told a California court, because they too have reached an agreement.

A Liberty Mutual subsidiary may still be on the hook for a California homeowners association's settlement with a neighboring association in an underlying suit in which the HOA was accused of removing a speed bump, honking while traversing the bumps and throwing food and trash from cars.
