Insurer Says No Evidence For Jury's $9.3M Damage Award
A Liberty Mutual unit urged the Eleventh Circuit on Wednesday to vacate a $9.3 million jury award for a Florida assisted living facility for damages sustained from Hurricane Irma in 2017, arguing that there was no evidence in the record to support that damages number.
