The Ninth Circuit mostly declined to revive Nationstar Mortgage LLC's suit over Legacy Estates Property Owners Association's foreclosure sale of a Nevada property, ruling that the lower court wasn't wrong to find the mortgage lender didn't hold the property's title and that the foreclosure sale wasn't fraudulent or unfair.
