4th Circ. Revives 'Shocking' SC Fatal Carbon Monoxide Suit
A Fourth Circuit panel on Thursday reversed a South Carolina federal judge's dismissal of what it described as a "shocking" lawsuit alleging that two men died because of a local housing authority's failure to repair faulty heating systems or install carbon monoxide detectors at a low-income apartment complex.
