FERC Says It Made Correct Call On Duke Grid Upgrade Orders
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Tuesday told the D.C. Circuit that directing Duke Energy to cover its grid upgrade costs so North Carolina solar projects can connect to a neighboring transmission system is consistent with the agency's longstanding generation interconnection policies.
