Concord, G6 Must Face Hotel Sex-Trafficking Suit
A California federal judge on Monday dismissed claims against four hotels and their franchisors in a suit alleging that they participated in the sex trafficking of the plaintiff, allowing only the claims against Concord Inn and Suites LLP and its franchisor G6 Hospitality to go ahead.
