A dredging company is not entitled to coverage for multidistrict litigation accusing it of exacerbating flood damage during Hurricane Harvey through certain mining activities, an AmeriTrust unit told a Texas federal court, arguing that the alleged activities occurred prior to the policies' effective dates.
