A Texas federal judge has ordered into mediation the Houston Astros and two local fans who sued the MLB team after attending a game and finding the stadium lacked proper accommodations as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Two Houston residents filed suit against the Astros baseball team and related entities in Texas federal court, claiming their attempt to attend a June game was plagued by violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act from start to finish.
