    Feds Ask Judge To Scrap Suit Over Ga. Island's Wild Horses

    The U.S. Department of the Interior is asking a Georgia federal judge to toss a suit claiming it unlawfully let feral horses run roughshod on Cumberland Island National Seashore, arguing groups behind the suit cannot point to any challengeable action it has taken or anything requiring it to act.
