Former HUD Official Urges DC Circ. To Undo Conviction
A former assistant inspector general from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development asked the D.C. Circuit to reverse his conviction for falsifying a government document, saying he was prosecuted for charges that were not in his indictment.
