The U.S. Supreme Court will not consider six New Mexico landowners' challenge to the closure of easements in the Sante Fe National Forest following a land swap between the federally recognized Pueblo of Cochiti and New Mexico.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday will review a case in conference stemming from a yearslong dispute in New Mexico over access to easements within the Santa Fe National Forest, with a group of private landowners saying Sandoval County failed to maintain public rights-of-way when a Native American tribe blocked entrance to the overall property.
