A New Mexico federal judge has rejected most of a mortgage broker's claims that two banks, various lenders and an investment company violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act during a botched $5.7 million deal for a South Dakota recreational vehicle park, and remanded the lawsuit back to state court.
