Wyndham Hotels sued two different franchisees of Ohio properties in New Jersey federal court Monday, claiming the licensors failed to reimburse the plaintiffs — per contractual agreement — for fees, costs and expenses incurred in defending a lawsuit brought by individuals claiming to be victims of human trafficking at the properties. Wyndham and its affiliates are represented by DLA Piper.
