Two investors pushed the U.S. Supreme Court to remand their putative class action against brokerage and investment bank Stifel Nicolaus & Company Inc., which is accused of not providing enough information about more than $160 million worth of bonds meant for the acquisition and rehabilitation of Chicago housing projects.
