Judge Advises Dismissal For Most Of Couple's Refund Claims
A Florida federal court can't rule on a couple's overpayment interest claims against the IRS for 2003 through 2006 because of their failure to file administrative claims, but it can hear their 2007 claims, a magistrate judge said.
