Delaware has extended tax filing and payment deadlines to July 15 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the state's Division of Revenue said in a recently released memorandum.

The memorandum, which was released Monday, said the deadlines for filing corporate tentative returns, personal income tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns, for making estimated personal income tax payments and for paying tax are extended to July 15. The corporate return filing and payment deadline was originally April 15 and the personal and fiduciary return deadline was originally April 30.

An additional extension until Oct. 15 for personal and fiduciary income tax returns is available on request.
