    Three fired locomotive engineers cannot take another crack at accusing Norfolk Southern Railway Co. and the Teamsters of colluding to foil their attempts to get their jobs back, the Sixth Circuit ruled Friday, upholding an Ohio federal judge's decision to toss their $18 million fraud suit.

    Norfolk Southern Railway Co., two unions and an arbitrator asked the Sixth Circuit to not revive an $18 million fraud suit from a trio of former railroad workers, arguing a lower court correctly ruled that the Railway Labor Act preempts the ex-employees' claims.
