Boies Schiller Wants Chiquita Plaintiff-Poaching Suit Tossed
Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP moved to dismiss a suit in Florida federal court Tuesday, saying an attorney's antitrust claims alleging it deceptively took his clients in a multidistrict litigation against Chiquita Brands International Inc. and blocked new clients are unripe and that the court lacks jurisdiction.

Chiquita Can't Get Colombian War Crimes Suits Tossed
A federal judge in Florida on Friday refused to toss claims against Chiquita Brands International Inc. in multidistrict litigation brought by relatives of people allegedly tortured and killed by a Colombian paramilitary group paid to provide security on its banana farms.
