Quest Diagnostics Inc. and insurers Blue Shield of California Life & Health Insurance Co. and Aetna Inc. on Thursday asked a California federal judge to dismiss a suit accusing them of conspiring to allow Quest to monopolize several markets for diagnostic testing services, saying the plaintiffs had failed to prove any of their allegations.
