    6th Circ. Urged To Revive Drug-Testing Firm FCA Suit

    A former sales representative for Physicians Choice Laboratory Services LLC on Monday urged the Sixth Circuit to revive his suit accusing the drug-testing firm of defrauding Medicare and Medicaid by paying kickbacks to independent sales contractors to drum up business, claiming it was wrongly dismissed by a lower court.
