11th Circ. Denies Liquidated Damages In Trade Secrets Row
The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday upheld a Peach State court's ruling that a software company can't get liquidated damages from a subcontractor in a trade secrets suit and that $85,000 in nominal damages is appropriate, rejecting appeals from both parties.
