    7th Circ. Revives TCPA Suit Over Medical Recruitment Faxes

    The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday reversed the dismissal of a putative class action accusing a health care services provider of disseminating unwanted faxes to get medical providers to join its network, finding that the communications qualified as unsolicited advertisements prohibited by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
