The Eighth Circuit won't reinstate discrimination and interference claims by a would-be cannabis distributor against a firm contracted to evaluate applicants for Arkansas' dispensary licenses, saying the complaint lacks specificity to support its claims.

A would-be cannabis dispensary is asking the Eighth Circuit to revive its claims that a consulting firm contracted by the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission to evaluate license applications rigged the scoring in order to discriminate against Black-owned businesses.
