Leadership Redo Sought In Camp Lejeune Suits
Two attorneys on Wednesday told the four North Carolina federal judges overseeing the litigation over contaminated water at the Camp Lejeune Marine base that they lacked the authority to appoint plaintiffs' leadership and that there have already been communication problems between attorneys.
