A Colorado mental health clinic chain on Friday dropped its federal lawsuit alleging that unnamed fraudsters hacked the company and tried to open financial accounts using the CEO's personal information, saying it couldn't find the supposed culprits.

A Colorado mental health clinic chain filed a lawsuit Monday in federal court alleging unnamed fraudsters hacked the company in 2020 and got the company CEO's personal information, which they then used to try and open financial accounts in the company's name earlier this year.
